Difference on Wacom tablet serial numbers?

I want to buy a Wacom Intuos Pen S for christmas, but I want to make sure I am buying "the right one", so to speak... :roll:

When looking through all the available Intuos Pen S, I can see that there are different "types" of S tablets from the Intuos Series... :?:

I have CTL 480S-S, CTL 480S-N, CTL 480S-DEIT and CTL 480S-ENES... :o :o :o
All tablets has a few dollars in difference...

I am REALLY high and dry regarding this problem I have encountered, but I hope AND THINK you clever guys, can help a newbie out here?

My tablet is CTL-480S but as far as I know there is also tablet which is CTL-480. When I asked from Reddit that what's actually difference between these two they said it's same tablet. Well I can't believe this and would like to know this too.
