  1. You could turn off countdown in all difficulties, ther won't used while playing
  2. This map need no audio lead-in, but if you want add a 0.75s audio lead-in, that's fine
[Hard]
  1. 00:30:452 (4) - New combo, 5 is a jump
  2. 01:04:202 (1) - This one feel a little off, fine for me, 1/6 snap can't solve the problem. I think no need to set a new timing section for just a slider lol, so pass it. Or maybe you can avoid fit the background music just put your own rhythem
  3. 01:23:633 (8) - This spacing is unusual than others :/ Put like Kecco posted is fine for me, a bit offscreen is allowed

I'm everywhere where taiko map exist.

Taiko
Basically scroll speed should be proportional to BPM (and this makes gap between notes are always same when beat(1/4 or 1/3 or something) is same). So use 1.4 if there are no special issues. Well actually I think this isn't that special case and SV should be 1.4, but if you change SV you should change all sliders so do as you want. (and actually osu taiko is gone somewhat too far to force these restrictions, though there are 'standard' or 'criteria') But remember, in most case difficulty of taiko map is determined by patterns, not scroll speed. (and there are modders who hate SV =/= 1.4 like me, though modders who mod taiko aren't much exist.)
00:02:043 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Well actually I prefer d dk d dk but whatever.
00:03:406 (7) - I recommand to avoid too short yellow note like this too often, but whatever.(and it isn't prohibited) Pattern is almost done and I know it's hard to change.
00:24:088 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,1) - I can see these kinds of long and hard 1/4 streams relatively often. Compared with other parts, these pattern is 'stand out' too much. Well that can be style of the map though. (But make sure you don't uses pattern like these too often)
01:03:633 - In almost all authentic maps kiai time appears with barline and turned off with bar line. It would be better be turned off at 01:03:861, but interpretation of the song can be really varied by mappers so I don't care that much.

01:18:406 - kiai? because this part is really similar with 00:49:315 ~ 01:03:861. but as I said, interpretation of the song can be really varied by mappers.

Well better than before but I still feel kinda 'standardtic' when playing this map. At least taiko map should different from standard map playing taiko mod, but whatever.
Just think these are just advise. Not that important thing. I didn't mod precisly so don't mind them too much. (That means pattern is pretty nice with 'locally')

역시 문제점은 발견하지 못함...

Taiko의 SV 같은 경우 1.4를 보통 쓰지만 1.5같은거 안되고 1.6이면 괜찮네요. 영도형도 이걸로 올려서 랭크시켰으니까.
플레잉 해봤는데 노트 잘만드셔서 손배치도 저절로 잘되서 좋네요. 랭크되면 꼭 해야겠음.

Agree, but I tried using 1.4 slider velocity and the map looks awful. So, I think in this case 1.6 velocity works. ^^
01:05:452 (8) - Why don't you move the start of the slider 1/2 beat after and add here a circle?
01:11:588 (1) - I don't see the need of use a slider with a finish sound (why giving more points on this one?). Remove the finish sound, please.
