Before I rebubble this needs some hitsounding improvements in Easy, but the difficulty spread is bothering me a bit, too.
I told Lanturn to reduce jumps in the Hard, since there were too many and it didn't fit the Normal difficulty. Insane uses high spacing consistently though and also some really big jumps.
I think the jumps in Insane definitely needs to be reduced, but I'd like to hear some opinions on how far they need to be reduced... I don't want to force the creator to remove (almost) all jumps, because that would mean to remap the difficulty. What do you think needs to be done?

not sure if we're still working on this issue but

imo for the insane difficulties, just reduce the jumps for the calmer parts notes like
00:01:322 (3,4,5) - you can make these jumps smaller and have a larger jump to 00:02:096 (1) -
00:02:870 (3,4,5) - ^

anyway, the intuitive was to use jumps is the stronger the sound is, the larger the jump. so just ask the mapper to reduce whatever jump you feel is on a weaker sound.

as far as i know, for sounds that are weaker like the ones i mentioned, the distance could be reduced to up to half, depending on how the mapper feels about it.
1.3 ish maybe?

the kiai can stay as it is as it should have larger spacing to emphasize a stronger part of the song
