Try to keep osz files under 10mb, or 30mb if you include a video/storyboard. Videos and storyboards can generally be decreased in size by lowering the quality of the video or trimming/resizing storyboard elements.Since, the newest test client allows submissions up to 32mb, we might as well update the guidelines to reflect that. 30mb instead of 32 was used since the guidelines are meant to be a bit below (before: 24mb was in guideline and 25mb limit was the hard limit)
