So far, the way to get little girls while you are doing spinners are

The spinner numbers use default-n.png, with n being 0-9

i will literally cry in a corner and never touch another skin in my life
the score bonus makes sense as a number and i don't really see a huge need for it to be skinned. i think it's fine using the default-n files as baraatje123 mentioned
