I'm new to Osu and want to know a few things

1)Is there an option to display the best "Rank" rather then the best "Score" on a beatmap, I am OCD and hate it when I finally SS a song only to see that my score is below an S that is 99.99% accuracy where I just spun the spinners better.

2)I've deleted some beatmaps so I'd like to know is there anyway to find out what beatmaps I've played if I have deleted them from Osu?

There is no option to display your best rank. Everything at the leaderboards are ranked by scores.

You can search by using the Beatmap Listing.
But you need to be a supporter for you to be able to search using the extra rank status option "Ranked (Unplayed)" and "Ranked (Played)"
