Full Screen While Playing Only?

A lot of games have the option to window your game while not playing. I, personally, play full windowed but I don't like having to windows key out of the screen to do anything. I think an option to automatically change the resolution while playing would be very useful.

you could just use alt+enter to swap between full screen and windowed when you want to play

That doesn't help when I play "fullscreen (windowed)." I don't play fullscreen because when you try to record or stream gameplay it just shows up as a black screen.

Disable fullscreen and turn it to max resolution for me it's set to fullscreen borderless with no problem.
