im looking for someone who can make me a Wallpaper Gif with this

There are lots of threads who are more than capable of creating a gif. Just ask one instead of creating a new thread. Its not spam.

Well, every gfx artists has their own skill to do graphics. You just should find one that suits you. There's also examples of their works in their thread.
