[invalid] Allow users to login/register while installing osu!

This is a feature request. Feature requests can be voted up by supporters.

Allow users to log into osu! while installing.
New users should be able to register an account while installing osu!.

The login data will then be used as login when starting osu! the first time.

there's also a create account at the in game login screen. i don't think we need a 3rd location
