I watched cookiezi streams on youtube and all of his backgrounds were black. So I thought its possible... Well...Ilfri-chan wrote:

It saves all of the old backgrounds too in case you change your mind which is nice

1. Download and place the .exe in your osu! songs folder
2. Create or find a picture you want to use for all backgrounds
3. Place that picture file in the osu! songs folder too
4. Run the osu!bgChanger.exe
5. Hit 1 and then enter
6. Type the name of the picture file you want to replace all backgrounds with and hit enter
If you ever want to restore the old backgrounds they are saved as .bak files
Run the .exe again and select 2
