thats how the tv mp3 ends though.

what concerns me is the slight distortion in the sound for the final 1/1 beat.

lol..... so after speaking to some people, it seems like that audio distortion i was talking about could cause a DQ, so we are back to square one. i think what is going to have to end happening is, we use the mp3 right before this one, or the longer one which sacrifices the video.

the mp3 struggle is real with this one, holy fuck.

railgun also talked to me about some issues with the storyboard, some places the lyrics don't fade in, they just sorta appear.

may want to get that checked?

chances are, that he wont be able to split the one you suggested, because it was ringating that made the images for the lyrics.

I was asked for opinion on 00:42:384 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - in Normal so...

You're mainly following vocal for the whole diff while ignoring the vocal at that specific part. Which is just weird and inconsist with the rest of your diff. I think it definitely needs some change.

Feel free to keep anything not unrankable you want under the current ranking system, tho. It's your call anyways.

Also, you might want to be less stubborn on a lower diff as it won't kill any of your creativity. Just saying~

if you are not willing to cooperate on a matter where 3 BATs + myself agree, and you are unable to provide any worthwhile explanation as to why you are choosing to disregard our suggestions ,and being overall rude in IRC about the whole thing, i am just going to drop your diff and map it myself, and save myself the headache.

Figures, out of all the people that asked me if they could map this diff, I have apparently chosen poorly.

It isn't. I was referencing my difficulty and that he didn't have to bubble it because of myself not changing the issue he pointed out. The new Normal should be better, though.

I don't wish to continue this discussion, so please stop replying to my comments. I'm rather disappointed at what happened and have faced a similar issue before. The ranking criteria has certainly changed over the years.

For reference, I did try all the suggestions given in-chat. I did not like those suggestions and tried to explain why. I never knew that it would turn into a heated debate to change it or not. I did reply "No change", and I conveyed why I didn't want to change it. Yet people keep pushing me to change it?

I understand that changing it would thereby make it "bubbled", but why change something you don't agree with? I did this in one of my other ranked GDs and still dislike it today. Not merely because I wanted to, but because I was forced to by the original mapper and "BATs". Sure it's ranked, but I can never enjoy playing it because it just doesn't feel right.

I probably did sound rude; I was frustrated. Imagine being in the same dreadful situation you were in months ago? I wanted to change that fate, but apparently I failed here as well. What could I have done different? Feel free to PM me, I'd be willing to hear.

I mapped this song because it was from Yuyushiki, an anime I enjoyed watching. I admit that I didn't love my Normal, but I did appreciate it. It was playable and it worked. It was fun mapping it, but I guess it's not made out to be for this mapset. Please feel free to remove it. Everyone has their own opinions.

I don't know what else to say, so I'll end here. Good luck with the map.
