Hmm well I never went to music school or anything so I can;t tell you which key it is xD But how I usually do is I listen to the song and I try and sing it like "na na na na" instead of lyrics and thats how i catch the key xDD Goes for vocaloid songs as well :)

Nahh you should try pitching it and im sure youll sing it ;) I reccomend Audacity or if you have experience in editing programs, Sony Vegas Pro, there you can do more than just pitching the instrumental :)

if it's difficult to sing a song just do liprolls. With doing liprolls and humming you can get some notes down really nice. Or do staccato first and then sing it later.

also added Kanari. So many people already this'll be tough to coordinate but we'll pull this off!
MissTitannia
Maybe we should open our own Youtube channel and have our singer skype group, where we can organize songs and stuff :3 You know like, maybe some duets or lil group-songs xD like that we can post them all on one channel and become famous *-*
Like... japanese version of AmaLee? xD

That's a good idea.
We will do that when the submissions are over, I guess. Maybe we'll also add soundcloud and stuff. Then we can start a vote on what songs we wanna do and what name the chorus will get (cause osu!chorus seems boring to many people)

I am looking at youtube videos on how to get higher with my voice atm.
My voice is too high too be deep and too deep to be high. Help.

it's easy to sing a high key if using falsetto. but it's hard to sing a low key orz.

I actually am practising falsetto atm. I tried to get my voice range down and it's C3 - A5 and I am kinda happy with that (I guess)

But somehow I am not comfortable with headvoice because I never used it before

Did you go to music school? :) Because.. i Have no idea what is my range xD I just listen to a song, try and repeat it. If I can, i can, if not I cant sing it xD It would be easier if I knew my range D:
If you didn;t go to music school, how did you learn it? :)

@ yealina: I started bellydancing to get my muscles and I'm kinda happy with that I guess. It's really tiring and it helps building stamina

@ Titania: It's just the internet. And to find my vocal range I used a video:
