Yes, but you need to have gotten supporter at one point and you can only change your u/n once. Making another account will get you banned.
Drop 4 of your hard earned dollars (or whatever you have in Iceland) and get supporter and use it wisely.
Scandinavian crosses are interesting
You can also email accounts@ppy.sh for a name change, but keep in mind, that you must have a very good reason for doing so.
