Can anyone else replicate this? Because I sure can't, tested on custom skins and default. Your key configs should be written to your nK.ini files. Try backing up and deleting your Skins/User directory, and selecting the "osu!" skin from options, then change the mania keybinds. I might have a fix ready for this.
