I'm sorry if I sound like a huge nerd, but what exactly is it? I updated the game and it appeared. Personally, I don't actually enjoy it's features. Is it permanent?

Set your release stream back to "Stable" in options. You were moved to Cutting Edge if you previously used osu!test.
