Here it is. Put the folder in the root of your SD card. Also, that is secretly the Wii Fit Channel, so don't spread it around. :[
Copy it to your Wii, and click it on the Wii Menu. I'm not going to spoiler it, but it's fun. Also, start the channel for extra lulz.

Is that gigantic picture necessary? It's more than 2000 pixels in each direction.

It's possible to tilt it pretty far, but I normally have an angle of about 100 degrees when using it.

It's nothing, you can't transfer it. :/
However, IF you rename the file from data to content, and name the folder something, you'd get the Wii Fit channel. :3
