I want to change my flag country from i originally from and i was about to send my evidences to that account but i'm not quite sure yet if it's correct. Can i be sure that i send my personal information to only Peppy ?? Also can i send information to it using G-Mail ?

All informations sent to accounts are sent to support staff (support staff are not chat operators, global moderators, nor any other group on forum) and all informations sent are confidential. You also should use email associated with your osu! account.

i dont see why it matters to you who on osu!'s staff sees your information or why it specifically has to be Peppy.
I mean, I'd personally trust ephemeral with my social security # before peppy.
