[Editor] Multiple stack frequencies

In some parts of a map, a 1/4 is used, but as it's about symmetry (like my recent maps) it stacks really ugly
So I think, we should be able to set Stack frequencies per timing points (Green)
In some parts maximum is good, but in some cases, 2 is good (so the 1/2 break between in does NOT stack)
Some parts flow better with 7, while others flow better with 2 (or even 0 in rare scenarios)
I hope you like this idea

You can already change stack frequency in the song set-up menu, and this should suffice. 0 stack leniency is unrankable and is never allowed on 1/4 tick stacked notes. Complete stacking on 1/2 tick notes can be allowed under certain circumstances however.

The thing is that if something looks weird when you stack it, then manually stack a different direction, otherwise don't stack it to begin with. You don't need to have different stacking leniencies for different parts of the map.

This doesn't seem necessary, if I'm understanding what yo uare trying to say.
