Display chat tabs on top of the player list [Added]

Err yeah, this is somewhat self explanatory. If you have more than 1 row of chat tabs, it shows them under the player boxes, like this:

...and I think it should display them on top instead.

Like the IRC on the first revisions:

Them the tabs should go where the IRC are, at the past, isn't have the tabs...

imo a better solution would be something like a "scrollbutton" or tabbing system
save the last 50px or so of width to draw a [<] and [>] button to scroll through "pages" of tabs.
Having them stack upon one another can fill your screen up.
