8/10 ( I don't like ranking panel. But everything else is good. )
Maybe you could change fail-background because somebody don't want to have ecchi things in their skin.

Some ppl have pro skins w/ Ecchi pics (for motivational purposes / their preference; eitherway might do or no)
After all, it's the OP's decision whether to lessen those pics or add a [15+] tag to remind other users

This is pretty cool.

Some of the background images feel a bit too clustered though. I love the text, etc., but some of your images hide what the user needs to see.

A good mapper is one that maps to the song as a whole.

well this is the only image which contain ecchi content, I dont know if I am going to change this or not o.o

Second Time actually, but anyway I like it. The only problem I could see is that the score screen does not fit properly on lower resolutions.
