k I figured it out
copy object embed code into notepad file and save as an html file then load it from desktop

It sounds pretty decent for the most part but your voice wavers in some sections. You match pitch pretty well though.
Also it sounds like you get more confident as you go along because it sounds much better later on. Good job on that!

EDIT MORE: Okay I'll just upload the html file
download the rar and extract the html to desktop and double click, and then click play on the thing that pops up. The name is arbitrary, that's how I saved it.
