That's all I could really find. I'm pretty sure Kai's hat is based on real Japanese military hats, and the rest of the outfit is based on a type of Japanese school uniform, so somebody with a better knowledge of Japanese culture could probably help out more. I'm sure it's all findable.

I'm gonna cosplay him at the mcm expo in london near the end of may and hopefully i'm gonna get my pic taken with some girl i met on youtube who's gonna be osaka(azumanga daioh), which i plan to post immediatly after i get back

It's a modified version of a real uniform style, so you probably wouldn't need to get one made from scratch. Wikipedia says that the overall style of the outfit is modeled after the Gakuran-style school uniform, and the jacket is an extra-long happi, so you could probably find patterns for those on a cosplay site, and modify their measurements based on the official art.
