I am completely new to this so i apologize if this is the wrong place to post this but i remapped a beatmap as i thought it needed improvement.How would i upload this beatmap and is it okay to do so?

Tech support for this kind of questions.
Open the .osu file, delete http://g.thehowl.it/189.png , change the creator to Iron Eagle, then http://a.pomf.se/qkitvj.png
