is this song a huge euphemism

queue

---

[Timing]

Correct offset is 6.

[Normal]

00:36:406 (5) - ends on a strong beat. Maybe make (4) into a 1/2 slider and make this a hitcircle at 00:36:406 (5) - ?
01:10:206 (2,1) - Blanket can be improved; curve should be steeper
01:36:006 (1,2,3) - I get the blanket pattern but this would look better if it was all in a line
02:54:406 (3,1) - blanket can be improved. pull the reverse arrow's sliderpoint down a little bit.

[Hard]

00:01:406 (1) - any reason that this is spaced closer than (1,2,3)? Should be constant
00:43:606 (1,2,3,4) - make this a perfect square?
00:48:806 (1,2,3,4) - ^
01:36:006 (1,2) - blanket can be improved by making the curve slightly steeper
01:51:206 (7,8,9,1) - curve can be improved; move (8) and (9) further out

[Insane]

00:02:406 (1,2,3) - make this a perfect triangle
00:07:006 (8,1) - angle from (8) to (1) is awkward; (1) should really be a curve
00:36:606 (2) - feels like it should be spaced much further from (1)
00:57:406 (6) - move the midpoint down so the flow in from (4) and (5) is better. oh, but that messes up the blanket. In that case you might want to move (4) and (5)
01:05:606 (9) - Don't like this stack; should be spaced normally
01:18:206 (4) - make into 2 hitcircles because it ends on a strong beat that should be clicked on. Also, it's way too close to (1)
01:49:406 (1) - should be further away given the spacing between the previous (1) and (2)
01:50:406 (2,3,4,5) - this square can be improved a lot
01:50:406 (2,6) - and these should be stacked
01:56:406 (2) - slider ends on a strong beat. change the pattern so that beat gets clicked on
02:25:807 (2) - ctrl+g
02:26:206 (3) - ctrl+g
03:03:606 (5,6) - ctrl+g
03:24:606 (1,3,5) - consider adding whistles? :p

[Timing]

Correct offset is 6. I think the offset should be on the first beat in the song, or?

[Normal]

00:36:406 (5) - ends on a strong beat. Maybe make (4) into a 1/2 slider and make this a hitcircle at 00:36:406 (5) - ? nice suggestion, fixed
01:10:206 (2,1) - Blanket can be improved; curve should be steeper alright, fixed
01:36:006 (1,2,3) - I get the blanket pattern but this would look better if it was all in a line I like it the way it is now
02:54:406 (3,1) - blanket can be improved. pull the reverse arrow's sliderpoint down a little bit. fixed!

[Hard]

00:01:406 (1) - any reason that this is spaced closer than (1,2,3)? Should be constant whoops, fixed!
00:43:606 (1,2,3,4) - make this a perfect square? fixed!
00:48:806 (1,2,3,4) - ^ fixed!
01:36:006 (1,2) - blanket can be improved by making the curve slightly steeper fixed!
01:51:206 (7,8,9,1) - curve can be improved; move (8) and (9) further out fixed!

[Insane]

00:02:406 (1,2,3) - make this a perfect triangle that was intentional
00:07:006 (8,1) - angle from (8) to (1) is awkward; (1) should really be a curve fixed by making the previous circles in line lol
00:36:606 (2) - feels like it should be spaced much further from (1) you're right, fixed
00:57:406 (6) - move the midpoint down so the flow in from (4) and (5) is better. oh, but that messes up the blanket. In that case you might want to move (4) and (5) [colo=red]moved it just a bit to improve the flow and not break the blanket[/color]
01:05:606 (9) - Don't like this stack; should be spaced normally I like it
01:18:206 (4) - make into 2 hitcircles because it ends on a strong beat that should be clicked on. Also, it's way too close to (1) alright, fixed
01:49:406 (1) - should be further away given the spacing between the previous (1) and (2) it should be fine
01:50:406 (2,3,4,5) - this square can be improved a lot fixed!
01:50:406 (2,6) - and these should be stacked I think they are?
01:56:406 (2) - slider ends on a strong beat. change the pattern so that beat gets clicked on it's not that strong, i think it should be ok
02:25:807 (2) - ctrl+g no, I like how it is
02:26:206 (3) - ctrl+g no, I like how it is
03:03:606 (5,6) - ctrl+g no, I like how it is
03:24:606 (1,3,5) - consider adding whistles? :p oh nice, added

It's a good thing! And regarding the timing it's really counter-intuitive during the beginning of the choruses but if you use my offset and listen to the verses it's the correct one. Current offset has the beat off by some beat and a half.

Hi, M4M from my modding queue.

Overall
  1. Uncheck "Enable countdown" on all diffs because offset is not enough for it to appear.
  2. Uncheck "Widescreen Support" as there is no storyboard.
  3. It would be better if "Letterbox during breaks" is uncheck in sake for the video: p/4915588/
  4. I prefer that custom combo colors are set on this map.
  5. Metadata for this song would be: 倖田來未 for Koda Kumi
Normal
  1. 00:04:606 (1,2) - Not distance snapped, also fix blanketing here
  2. 02:10:006 (3,1) - ^
  3. 01:37:206 (2,3) - Blanket
  4. 02:39:806 (2,3) - ^
  5. 01:56:006 (2,3) - Not distance snapped
  6. 02:18:406 (2,3) - ^
  7. 02:59:606 (2,3) - A single slider would be better here as it fits the vocals.
Hard
  1. 00:09:806 (2) - Remove repeat, the end feels a bit overmapped
  2. 01:12:406 (4,5) - Blanket
  3. 01:38:606 (6) - Make slider parallel to 01:39:206 (1)? The end of 01:38:606 (6) is quite confusing to play, imo.
  4. 02:33:606 (1) - Make this start at 02:33:506
Insane
  1. 00:01:008 (2) is unsnapped.
  2. 01:03:806 (1,2) - Make the slider blanket the circle
  3. 01:59:606 (7,8) - ^
  4. 00:47:806 (3) - NC, similar to 01:50:206 (1)
  5. 02:33:606 (1) - Same as Hard, make this start at 02:33:506
That's the best I can mod. Good luck!

Thank you everyone <3

I don't mod.

Add "3 Splash" to tags as it's the single it comes from.

Add "Universe" to tags as it's the album is appears on.

[Normal]

00:50:021 (2) - Not sure I like the rhythm; may be better to follow the vocal at 00:51:021 (3) -
01:31:621 (3) - To be consistent with your hitsounds I think this should be hitnormal?
01:36:021 (1) - ^ Same for end
01:52:421 (2) - Not sure I like the rhythm; perfer vocal at 01:53:421 (3) -
02:20:620 (1) - Apparently this isn't snapped properly.

Well maybe you wanna end it in the same position as the other diffs but it's up to you.

[Hard]

00:47:021 (3) - Maybe move this left so it doesn't overlap with 00:46:821 (2) - or you could move 00:46:821 (2) - right
01:04:621 (7) - Hitnormal?
01:07:221 (4) - Can you do anything more interesting? Maybe some circles may complement the rhythm.
02:07:021 (7) - Hitnormal?
02:09:621 (4) - Maybe some circle or 2 slider?
02:28:021 (6) - This overlap is ugly imo. I would consider flipping 02:28:021 (6) - and making a nicer pattern with 02:27:221 (4,5,6) -
02:51:821 (7) - Hitnormal?
02:53:621 (2) - End missing a clap?
02:55:221 (5) - ^ Clap pattern seems messed up to me

[Insane]

:)

I may have missed some stuff.

Awesome map as usual. Keep mapping Tony <3

Hi from my queue o/ (soz it took so long)

[Timing]
  1. you are right the timing starts on the first beat of the song. So in this case your offset actually needs to be '1421' as this would be the first actual beat. 00:00:821 (1,2,3) - are lead in notes, and wouldnt be counted in bar 1. You will need to restructure some of your NC's after doing this so i apologize :3
[Insane]
  1. 01:12:421 (4,8) - i think this looks really good, so wouldnt it make sense to replicate the same idea for 01:12:221 (3,7) - these?
  2. 01:15:621 (6,7) - move down a touch?
  3. 02:15:021 (1) - wouldnt it make more sense to start the spinner on the blue tick just before where it currently is?
  4. 02:18:021 (2) - because this is such a different sound, couldnt you ramp up the sv for it?
  5. 02:33:221 (7) - i think this looks weird tbh. better to keep it in same spot as 02:32:221 (2) - i think. Alternatively you could move 02:33:021 (6,1) - these slightly up.
  6. 02:43:221 - there is like a perfect spinner sound starting here - although it is fine as nothing. Your choice.
  7. 03:06:621 (4,5,6,7,8) - this is isnt a perfectly straight stream (im assuming its meant to be as its pretty close to perfect)
k im grabbing ice cream now.

[Insane]
  1. 01:12:421 (4,8) - i think this looks really good, so wouldnt it make sense to replicate the same idea for 01:12:221 (3,7) - these? 3 and 7 don't need to be stacked.
  2. 01:15:621 (6,7) - move down a touch? what for? I don't see any problems
  3. 02:15:021 (1) - wouldnt it make more sense to start the spinner on the blue tick just before where it currently is? true, fixed
  4. 02:18:021 (2) - because this is such a different sound, couldnt you ramp up the sv for it? I think the shape of it indicates a different sound, I dont really like sv changes that much
  5. 02:33:221 (7) - i think this looks weird tbh. better to keep it in same spot as 02:32:221 (2) - i think. You're right, fixed Alternatively you could move 02:33:021 (6,1) - these slightly up. why? it looks okay to me
  6. 02:43:221 - there is like a perfect spinner sound starting here - although it is fine as nothing. Your choice. Nah, It feels better without any spinner there
  7. 03:06:621 (4,5,6,7,8) - this is isnt a perfectly straight stream (im assuming its meant to be as its pretty close to perfect) I looked at it again, and saw the 6 was a little bit too up, so fixed?

[Normal]

00:46:221 (4) - NC here. is the flow vocal
02:06:021 (3,4) - Check distance.
02:46:221 - add sampleset Normal? your use this same part 00:49:421 - here
03:00:821 ~ 03:25:621 - Hmm i think this part better mapping is Hard,Insane diff already mapping...

[Hard]

00:49:421 (4) - NC
01:07:021 (3,4) - Ctrl+G is better rhythm
02:51:021 (5) - NC? if your NC flowing vocal you can not fixed.
02:53:421 - Note.
03:18:421 (5) - NC

[Insane]

00:47:021 (1,2) - Ctrl+G
01:27:621 (3) - Suggust?

01:58:421 (5) - NC

Good Luck!

Mostly fixed.
About Normal not being mapped till the end of the song: at that level of difficulty the song feels repetitive in that section...
Sonnyc
[normal]
00:37:821 - 00:39:821 - 00:40:221 - 00:44:221 - 01:40:821 - 01:43:221 - normal sampleset feels too strong.
02:33:421 (1,1) - Having a longer recovery time is recommended for the lowest diff.
[hard]
00:00:821 (1,2,3,1) - Spacing isn't balanced.
01:05:421 (10,1,2,3) - Spacing has a potential element for confusion. Though there is a small difference, the spacing of (1,2) and (2,3) is pretty similar while it has a different rhythm. Removing the jump of (2,3) would work better.
01:13:621 (1) - Consider removing NC since (4,5) is a symmetry pattern. Using a same combo color would be more effective.
01:47:021 (3,4) - Not sure if this jump was appropriate enough.
02:21:221 (2) - Spacing.
02:33:221 (7,8) - Placing at a symmetric spot with 02:31:221 (3) would look more balanced than the center of the screen.
03:12:821 (3) - Mind making this as a smoother flow?
03:19:221 (3,4,5) - Spacing? If the increase was intended, adding NC at (3) would be more logical. Or just maintain the spacing.
[insane]
00:37:221 (1,2) - Inconsistent spacing. I feel the pattern isn't currently balanced.
00:44:221 (2,3,4) - Try making a consistent spacing?
01:05:221 (6,7,8,9) - (6,7,8) is currently not perfectly lenear. Also due to the stack of (8,9), in-game display isn't good enough. I recommen you placing (9) somewhere else.
02:18:021 (2,3,4) - Aren't these quite close considering the overall map?

I'll be back.

Fixed everything except these two in Hard:
01:47:021 (3,4) - I like this jump
03:12:821 (3) - I like this slider.

Also in insane
00:37:221 (1,2,3,4) - Spacing is now increasing between each(from 1.1 to 1.4x), hopefully it makes more sense now
