I went into it's folder, and saw 3 cursors in there, but how do I change it?

I dunno it's will be solve your problem but here:
First find 4 file "cursor.png, cursormiddle.png, cursortrail.png, & skin.ini"

open skin.ini file with notepad and change the name to "New Folder" (or anything you like)

and put the file in the New folder on C:/Program File/osu!/Skins/(Your New folder) after this open osu! go to options>select skin

and chose your skin New folder (or anything you name it)

Yes.

Just do the same thing like before if you wish to using cursor@2x, cursormiddle@2x, & cursortrail@2x version.
