Parody Beatmaps in Question?

Okay I have been dying to ask this question and I am not sure if someone already answered this, so I apologize if someone already did.

As everyone know, people sometimes make parodies of songs that are already made. Usually some are fan-made and sometimes some are licensed.

My question is about the parody songs that were mapped in osu! but was removed. For example, the Konami Request in which asking to remove all beatmaps of "licensed songs" of Beatmania IIDX. (To be exact, any song tagged with Beatmania or XDII which is really vague and not quite accurate.) Why were parody songs such as Patvans were removed. Are we requested not do parody of songs that were asked to be removed?

If a QAT or Administrator could answer this, it would be appreciated.

Parodies fall under copyrights because they utilize copyrighted contents, whether it be a song or a character or a universe.
