Problem Details:
So basicly new version off osu! i press update and then that happened.
i dont really have a good explanation to this.

Running Windows 8.1 64bit

Hold Shift when you open osu!, can you at least do that? If you can, make sure you are not playing on OpenGL and Unlimited fps at the same time.

As a side note, I'd say go with DirectX and Unlimited fps, and play in windowed mode.

This was posted 4 days ago and OP has played osu! recently and hasn't replied back to this thread, so I think he/she must have resolved it on his own.
