When you wanted to track down where/when is the beatmap got starred, bubbled, popped, ranked or unranked or anything else and who does so, it's pretty hard to do so as we need to look on each page of the map thread. So I'm suggesting that we reuse the star priority bar to also show who is giving a bubble/rank or anything else (and preferrably with timestamp to find out when they did so). Example of how it would look:
