This is just an idea, but in multi-player you should add a free 'mode' where each player could choose a mode. Say one person wanted to play taiko, and other person wanted to play osu! There should be an option where you could do both. :D

Seen this somewhere, but cant find it.

Also there a big likely this would be declined seeing every mode has a different equation value of score.
