Just bought a wacom tablet

As the title says i just bought a tablet but my cursor moves when i and hovering over it is it possible to change it so i can slide and draw on the surface without it clicking and whatnot as i touch the tablet itself.

its a CTL470L

If you mean that whenever you tap the tablet with the pen you click, press F10 in Osu! and it should disable mouse buttons and you should be good to go! :3
Otherwise I have no idea what you are talking about, sorry!

I have got use to it and yes hovering is infinitely times better. i just thought it was designed to slide across but it seems that hovering eliminates all friction.
