As a kid, I was an weird weeby dumbarse and even though I never really watched Naruto, I knew there was a character nicknamed "Sand Eater" or something (what's his name ? Gara or something ?). Now, weeb kid me thought "w0wzies!!11 that very cool ! i need make name that sound like this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
And because I wanted to go all the way in my weebery because who the fuck knows, I wanted to add a Japanese word. I went for "stone". "stone" in French is "pierre". Now, a normal person would have simply used Google Translate, but the dumbass that I was didn't want an actual Japanese character and looked for another translator. I found one, but failed to realize all it did was translate the phonetics. So it gave me Pieru.
I hate this god damn name. osu! is the only place where I still use it because I don't wanna spend money for a name change.
Oh, and I actually found out when I started playing this game (for real) 6 months ago that "pieru" meant fucking "fart" in Finnish, so now everybody in Bancho thinks I'm Finn even though all I know about Finland is that they have saunas and alcohol. And murderous intent.
