To fix the adio lead-in error you need to open the Ice - Entrance (Xleonq) [Fullerene's SHD].osu file with an editor and change "AudioLeadIn:" to 2000 like you did in the other difficulties.

I think it's best to open your .osu file on notepad and fix those problems. Just search (ctrl+f) timing points and audio lead-in and make sure the numbers are exactly the same. osu! will gives error even if the difference is on the 7 numbers after . Example : 1.23456789 and 1.23456788 will gives an error.
Uninherited points do not have to be the same, if they make sense. Only inherited (red lines) are required to be the same.
