if you sneeze before getting a top 50 score, you obviously are not trying enough.
it depends on how big your sneezes are. it's not terribly hard to actually sneeze and maintain a combo, but that also depends on how hard the map is. though you will have to sacrifice sanitation in order to do so, unless you play mouse only.

i feel it coming but i don't cover my face i just keep going try to score hard

Problem i see is where exactly are you going to point that sneeze? Are you going to look away real fast? Might fuck up your combo. Look up to sneeze? Gonna come back down on your head. Sneeze at your monitor? $300 monitors don't need to be sneezed on. Keyboard? No thx. Look down and sneeze on your shirt? Most likely.
Basically, id try to hold it in till a break or just pause, or even retry, fuck da police.

one of 2 things:
1. retry because it's either on a really old ass map with like 500 scores or an easy map with 50 HD HR DT/FL scores i can easily spin my way onto.
2. wake up because im never going to compete on difficult and popular maps with nomod or 1mod plays on the scoreboard.

If I ever did sneeze before a top 50 score, I'll just replay it, unless it was like my 400th try that day.
Usually I always have thoughts about my subconscious actions. Like I tell myself out of nowhere...
"Hey, did you know you aren't blinking that much right now?"
"Did you know your right foot is over your left?"
"Did you know your pinky is curved?"
"There is an itch on your right arm."
or some other crap like...
"Hey, look at your accuracy. It's 99.80%. Try not to get anymore 100s."
"The song is almost done. THE SONG IS ALMOST DONE."
"The part where you mess up all the time is coming, don't fuck it up."
"Dude you're hungry, get some food"

Stab myself.
If my combo was broken, i wait for a minute to be sure not to sneez again, retry and continue playing.
