[Archived] Column Glitch

Problem Details:
The column(s) in the osu!mania's default skin are not showing.
Not dependent on resolution nor rendering method.
No other skin installed in osu.

UPDATE:
After installing a custom skin and then changing back to the default skin, the column appeared properly.
Conditions needed to reproduce: Osu client with never installed custom skins.

UPDATE 2:
Changing the keys to the default key mapping fixes this problem. When choosing a custom skin, osu resets the key mapping for osu!mania to default. Conditions needed to reproduce: Change key mapping osu!mania mode

i figure it out just go to options and change the resolution ...mine was on 1366x768(native) and i change it to 1280x720

How to fix this problem ?
I have same problem .-.

How to fix this Problem..

1. Delete .ini on ur skin Folder " http://puu.sh/aQlv2.png "
2. Restart Osu! and make ur new osu!mania Layout

i think... its INTENTIONAL since the last update... to make the column gone...
well its not that bad...

( i thought it was intentional, so it looks just fine with the column is gone )


but...
if my resolution is "standard" and windowed... it became like this

im sure they will at least do something about it...


and i've confirmed this...
it happens only if u have custom skin and use .ini, and config some column width or stuff....

the default osu skin still retain ALL the column thou...
but still i don't mind if the column is gone... :)

but if you want your column back, remove the .ini where you set custom value on column in osu mania...

I need to know if this is happening with the default skin that has no generated layout ini configs.

This is most likely due to the ini layout config generated before the fix with a width value of 0.7 instead of 2 and no the column lines disappearing is NOT intentional.

People have come straight to #help about this before. I believe it's because their default skin was outdated. I'm guessing it's safe to call reloading the default skin a good fix, or any methods used so far?

Well there is no real fix... The new default width setting of 2 that is used & generated ini from the layout options is representative of 2 pixles @2x resolutions and should be viewable through 1x resolutions represented as 1 pixel. A value lower than 2 with a 1px viewable line on @2x resolutions will cause lines to collapse into nothing on 1x resolutions. Only thing I'm concerned with is if this happens on a fresh default with either no ini's or a freshly generated ini.
