-- The difficulty names might look better capitalized e.g. "Oh! My God!" and "Oh! No!" etc.
-- I dont think the soft and normal blend works that well, maybe pick just one?
-- Why is the source "Oh! album "kpop" ~ shouldnt that be in tags?

-- End the kiai at the end of the song.
-- In general, perhaps too much kiai for short bursts of time, though I guess that is the song.
-- Too many short breaks as well imo, 2 or 3 breaks max would be a good idea, maybe?
-- Some of the soft clap + finish sound a little weird.

For the Kiai part, they are based on the song it self. I just thought they fitted well at where they are atm.

Hmm. I was going to move this to pending, and I couldn't help but notice the BPM looked strange.

Tested it and it's definitely off. Hitting really early at the end.

Use exactly 140.00 for the BPM rather than 138.98.

Also you have an unnecessary file: star.png should be deleted because it doesn't do anything. You also should include score-dot.png, score-comma.png, score-percent.png, and score-x.png if you are using score numbers.

Section-pass.png and Section-fail.png are fairly low quality because they look poorly cut, and the comboburst is poorly cut, stretched, AND pixellated.

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice(nor got a mail) saying that I had a reply on my map.

anyways, I've tested the 140.00 BPM and when I fix everything up then, its all off time.
also my map isn't set on 138.98, but on 143.98 might of been a typo, but could it be that you checked a wrong map :P (might be a silly suggestion tho)

for the other stuff, I'll be looking in to that, I'm not a big star in photoshop so I guess I'll see what I can do about it :)
(I just figured I'd putt in some extra work and try to give it a SNSD style XD)

but yeah, to myself the timing seems perfectly fine.

Nah I didn't check the wrong map, I just typed the wrong thing. What I MEANT to say was to use 144.00 BPM. 143.98 is off at the end by a fairly large amount.

Awesome.. fixed and looks perfect, feels great

also I worked on the Section-pass.png and Section-fail.png and made them more high ress (picture)
comboburst and the same counts for this.
also added in the other stuff you mentioned, and removed one of the star.png

So I hope your happy with those now as well.

All difficulties:

Offset needs about +10. Use 9,873 for the offset. This is +10ms from what you had before, and it sets the large white ticks correctly (which is important in Taiko).

00:52:998 - make this kiai section begin on the note at 00:53:206 instead

Taiko:

Remove these short kiai flashes. Kiai should only be used in the chorus for taiko maps.
