Click on "Beatmaps-->Ranked" in the top menu bar, then click on a song you like and click the big Download button.
OR you can go to the Ranked Beatmaps forum, choose a song, and there will be a download link in the original post.
When you download the maps, save them into your /Songs directory in your osu! folder. Read the FAQS as well, they help a lot!
