00:16:681 - You might want to map this beat to something clickable. I say this because you map this beat everywhere else on your map. 00:19:143 (2) -
00:21:604 (2) - 00:24:066 (2) - Etc... 00:16:373 (1) - How about shortening to 3/4 length?
00:18:527 (1) - You could break this slider into two 1/4 sliders instead since this sounds different compared to 00:18:220 (1) - Because of 1/4 notes.
00:20:835 (4) - How about moving this to 321||295. Makes a straight line with slider end of 2, and circle 3. You can then move (00:21:758 (1,2,3,4,5) - ) And stack it ontop of this new location. And then notice how 00:21:143 (3,5) - Are now stacked? (You might have to adjust very slightly). Looks pretty cool .

ZZZ this is very rough, but I think you get my idea here.
01:38:374 (4) - How about rotate this another 90 degrees and stack on slider-head of 01:37:450 (3) - ? I think this will flow a bit better. Zigzag pattern.

You can keep this momentum by taking 01:44:681 (1,2,3,4,1) - And Ctrl+G'ing the whole thing. That way you will keep this fast-paced ending and not lose momentum because of the sudden very low DS I mentioned earlier.

Like especially here: 01:21:604 (4,5) - This part you can hear the buildup but yet you not only neglect the 1/4's here, you're using 1/1 rhythm x___x.
01:24:066 (1,1,1) - Hmm... I think SV changes here could create a nice effect too.

First if Loctav says it's rankable then you should at least put 17 SIRIUS in the tags if you're going by it's IIDX appearance. Plus if you're going to add REFLEC BEAT limelight and plus, you can also add groovin!! since it appeared there by default.
BEMANI is mispelt in the tags, you currently have "bemai".
You can add ROAD FIGHTERS ロードファイターズ (It appeared there as a BGM) to the tags.
"Priti's Black Another" has different combo colors than the other difficulties, please make all combo colors the same.

00:40:989 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6) - I didnt remember u did that in the time I modded this,anyways I dont think this 1/4 really fit the song though, especially in this case like u used loud drum beats. I would suggest change to something like 00:45:912 (1,2,3,4,1,2,1) - ,and use soft sampleset.
