I got offset as 80, but ignore that for now
{edit} you have 2 different offsets for difficulties, hard is around 88 !!

00:42:82 (1,2,3,4,5) - combo seems strangely timed. I got note 1&5 at different times: 00:42:71 (1) - 00:44:05 (5) - the others were ok.
Maybe the rhythm you used is ok, I don't know anymore, but I think the one I gave is more intuitive for a normal map.

And yeah, this rhythm is repeated for a bit.

why is there a break somewhere in this song after the last note? Possibly hard remnants.
