i'm pretty sure that this song is electronically timed, so having the second offset be 9ms off from the first is highly what. the second offset sounds perfect, but the first one seems a tiny bit late, so moving the first one back by 9ms = problem solved. for further evidence, see the ranked taiko one that has the second offset 1ms off from where yours is set and the 1st 10ms off yuzu please
would probably make more sense to end hte kiai on 01:13:482 - since every difficulty completely stops there. having shiny notes for an extra beat is weirddddd. the way toybot does it is also an option. also the way toybot has kiai extending til the end of the map is way better than cutting it off like other diffs at 01:20:601 - just saying
tags could include 伊織 and collab. no idea what the first one is but it's in the taiko version so eeeeeeh why not
not important really but you could label who has which parts in the collab since i don't know whose stuff i'm modding therefore i can't blackmail them to accept my suggestions as easily

00:09:085 (1) - since there's a really strong beat on 00:09:594 - and neither of the surrounding white ticks, it might make more sense to extend this reverse slider so it covers those strong beats accordingly.
00:57:211 (3) - pretty sure this should have the same rhythm as 02:53:139 (1,2) - on your easy for famous last words. you didn't like what i suggested for that so i am suggesting your own self-suggestion. anyway white ticks here suck

Sounds pretty good so far keep up the good work! I have a suggestion on BM's normal could you add an extra 2 notes or a held double note at 00:12:500 right after the spinner i was listening to it and it really bothered me it felt like it starts to slowly like its missing something also is their any way you could make the snare drum sounds a bit quieter I think it would sound better, I hope this helps

I guess you did spinners to transition the collab parts as smoothly as possible, but that's just wrong.
Can't say much about the kiai other than the fact that all triples are overmapping and need to go.
If you deny the suggestion (which I am pretty sure you will cuz meh who am I to tell you what to do), at least make the triples somewhere where they fit.
Examples:
01:05:177 (4,5) - Here would fit better than where it is now.
01:08:652 (2,3,4) - This is just wrong.
01:14:160 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - You really want this drawn out? Make extended sliders instead of this.
01:17:041 (3,4,5,6) - Reverse the order of slider and triple.
01:19:499 (2,3,4) - Same
01:25:346 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - These sound more like triples than actual stream.
01:27:889 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - I would actually make everything after 4 a kickslider starting from 5.
