I think the whole difficulty isn't spaced properly. Take the time to go through the whole thing and shift them to constant spacing all the way. Maybe that would help you in thinking of proper placement for the notes to make them move and flow better
01:39:650 (2,3) - rhythms like these are tough when served straight at the players without any use of this kind of rhythm beforehand. To show players a new rhythm for easier difficulties, it's best to use sliders where they don't have to expect themselves to click the new rhythm themselves, but feel it through the slider
You really could simplify the rhythm more to suit as the simplest difficulty, especially don't do patterns like 03:26:984 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) which will just kill the player for how long it is. Also just another reminder about the spacing, make it constant.

So many times, you end sliders on crucial beats, new phrases, big white ticks. Objects should start on these parts instead, for better emphasis, it also screws with your combos and rhythm, play. 00:44:650 should have been a new combo but it's the end of this slider, you then delayed the new combo all the way until 00:45:817 (1) which screws up your combo pattern and makes this whole difficulty inconsistent in combo patterns and makes it messy and looks disorganised. These slider 00:45:817 (1,2) also just play bad because they end on big beats that need to be emphasized but end up being weak in nature as they are the end of sliders, not something you click on like a circle or the start of a slider
Your combos should start when a new phrase or verse starts, or when emphasis is needed. Look at 00:51:984 (5) - the vocals start a new phrase here, you should have had a new combo here. I have no clue why you had a new combo at 00:51:317 (1) when it's midway through one phrase. 00:58:650 (2) is another example, 01:01:984 (5) being another.
01:13:650 (4,1,2,3,4) - this doesn't look nice, very messy. It makes it look like it was supposed to be a line, but became messed up so it's not straight. Rotating 01:13:984 (3) would make it look better, as long as the curve faces to the right
01:15:650 (6) - more emphasis should be made on 01:15:984 but with this repeat slider it is impossible, rhythm should be changed to be more inventive and more directly relating to the song, to be able to portray the song better. So often than not, I feel that the rhythm used for this song is plain and does not pack a punch, it doesn't feel like it blends with the song perfectly, or that a certain rhythm felt like it really was ued best at a certain point. I'm just not getting that feeling
01:19:650 (7) - slider again ending on a new word, a held 'now' which should be where something starts so that it holds along with the music, thus feeling more blended with the music
01:25:984 (10) - NC remove the NC at 01:26:984 (1)

03:17:817 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - this anti-jump isn't suited for this part, nor did it feel like the map suddenly needed this change of pace and spacing. It's too unexpected, and any reason for an anti-jump just isn't strong enough to justify it

The rhythm and placement just doesn't give any significance to the song. It just does not feel like it solely belongs to this song and only this song would fit this rhythm. I cannot find the fluidity in this rhythm, and it doesn't continuous move. The splitting into verses and phrases needs to be done where the phrase or verse actually ends. The inconsistency in NC doesn't help this cause.
Just going to look at the first 2 difficulties, they seem to need more than enough attention from you again anyway. The way I look at them right now, they do not seem coherent enough as difficulties to be ready. I know you can make them much much better, and I hope you do, it's a nice song. Good luck on this.
