Being able to choose the pulsating to music on main menu

I want to request this, since some songs (example: The Big Black) make the main screen osu!logo pulsate like a mad man, which causes some PC's to lag alot. The main idea is quite nice, but for some songs it just doesnt work very well.

In testbuild it uses a customsong with 120(IIRC) bpm
