1. I say an Easier difficulty is needed. Maybe some will say it isn't, but if you actually do it, the mapset will be much better.
2. Offset is a bit early. Try 211.
3. Normal feels more like a Normal+ (now that I look at Teara's post). I don't think [Hard] is an Insane though.
