The beatspacing felt fine for me, but in truth I didn't look over hard one last time before ranking; I only checked normal, and there's a bit of a mis-hap with a disappearing break in Hard. Nothing crippling, but it's sloppy.

I just noticed, the name should be Otsuka instead of Ootsuka, yes no?

Ootsuka is the correct reading of her last name as the kanji goes. But the common romanization that the artist herself uses is Otsuka. So technically both are correct, but Otsuka is more common :D

Fixed spacing errors, all rhythm misplacements, and changed the backgroud picture.

i think offset needs +8 to +16ms not so sure
insane:
if other bats doesnt like the score on insane being too high i suggest:
rape
remove the circles from...
02:04:92 to 02:09:16
03:29:14 to 03:43:99
and place a break
also end the song at 04:47:31..

oh yeah resnap all notes, theyre not snapped.

hard:
resnap all notes

normal:
resnap all notes
00:44:93 (1) - closer
01:32:79 (1,2,3) - up one grid
02:14:59 (1) - closer
02:34:58 (3) - closer
02:46:12 (3) - closer/change the shape or something
03:03:09 (3) - stack

why resnap? everything at 3/4 of the map are not snapped correctly in all difficulties
