I dislike modding WIP so this is only pointers (I wouldn't mod this at all if it wasn't for the song)

4 Minutes are very long and i suggest you only map one round of this song....

Normal feels more like a hard and you NEED an easier difficulty (I can make one for you if you want)

The preview point is pretty awful right now, i suggest you use 00:51:583.

Maybe make the slider velocity higher on hard?

I'm sure there are a few other problems, but they should be fairly minor and should mostly be based in combo breaking properly. When we say a combo of 15 is the "maximum", that doesn't mean it's "recommended" that you push that limit 4 out of 5 times, per se. We recommend combos below 10, maximum of 15. Wouldn't hurt to see a few single combo strings along here (combo-spamming as we call it) But the foundation is good. Someone should be able to take you to the next step.

You have notes on pretty much every 1/2 beat. That combined with the excess of whistles starts to sound monotonous after a while. Lighten up on both circles and whistles.

A lot of those spacing errors are ai glitches, but some may check out as infractions.

Then you'll just have to reapply distance snap to the notes after it. The fix might have to include altering the angle that the slider ends at or a snap sacrifice can be made. It's a suggestion. You don't have to do it, but I noticed it right off without even looking at the notes in the editor that there was no sound behind note 4.

03:36:573 (9,10,11,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - These I believe can be centered by moving them all to the center vertical line. (a couple units right) This will also fix the spacing issue between 03:36:381 (8,9) - these notes. They are spaced too great from each other are the reason why the combos after them are not centered right.

03:43:881 (2,3,4,5) - Unequal spacing.

03:46:958 (4,5,6) - Another slight spacing discrepancy.

03:48:688 (6) - Move down 2 units. (Fixes spacing)

03:52:342 (1,2,3) - Slight unequal spacing. Either apply distance snap to 2 and 3 or shut it off and equalize the spacing manually for a tighter fit. I found that applying the distance snap made it line up surprisingly well to Note 4 in the combo.
