Pen nib trouble !

Does anyone know why the pen nib randomly starts to fall?
I use my pen on top of a mousepad that's on top my tablet.
When I shake my pen the nib will fall off, and when playing it will start to slide off -.-

Your pen must be damaged. Have you tried dismantling the pen to see what's wrong?

Are you sure when you're playing your hand position doesn't flip a secret hidden switch somewhere that releases the pen or... Hey, it's possible.

If that's not the case you must've dropped that thun thun thun and the pen got fall damage but...

Yes I'm sure I didn't hit a secret switch >.>
Could the inside have possibly been damaged? I mainly see people write problems with the tip of their nib being worn down, but no posts about the inside like mine.
