Suggestion:
- I think it has same APM(100) in all over the song.
- Remove the Uninherited timing sections before 00:26:911 since you haven't have any note in there.
- 27828,543.137014178481,3,2,0,50,1,0 I think you should prevent to put the redline in timing section which has Slider,It may cause slider not snapped.

- Lots of object is not snapped.

Suggestion:
- OD-2 since it's hard difficult.
- 00:27:658 (3) make this truck more round since the music is soft.
- 00:32:716 (5,1,2) replace these to a slider,end up at 00:33:259

- 00:44:917 (1,2,3,4) move to 00:45:063.the piano key sound start here.(25% playback rate checked.)

- Too much useless redline?That make the map uncomfortable while played(especially in 00:43:794 (1)).I think the BPM only necessary to change 3 times.
First time:00:27:007
Second time:00:41:079
Third time:01:40:959
Though i can't get the exactly BPM of those part(Because i have poor skill in BPM measure),I still think it needn't use so much red line.

- Cut down this part(02:21:864 ~ 02:36:708) of the songs since you are not use it.

Here's several things I'd like to highlight about the song, though :

The song's middle section BPM (mainly) stays at a 100 constant (and 100 is generally acceptable here), however it floats around on some parts (00:43:094 (8,9,10) should be the most evident)
A possible cause for this is the piano sounds and the toy-box sounds being not perfectly synchronized on the song - the toy-box sounds went ahead by a small milliseconds margin, which perhaps caused by the sound-sample used by the song's creator
Post-01:40:959 (1) is an interesting one - everytime the violin kicks in, the BPM emerges up to 104, but when it went out, the BPM reverts to 100 (this happens several times)

Here's several things I'd like to highlight about the song, though :

The song's middle section BPM (mainly) stays at a 100 constant (and 100 is generally acceptable here), however it floats around on some parts (00:43:094 (8,9,10) should be the most evident)
A possible cause for this is the piano sounds and the toy-box sounds being not perfectly synchronized on the song - the toy-box sounds went ahead by a small milliseconds margin, which perhaps caused by the sound-sample used by the song's creator
Post-01:40:959 (1) is an interesting one - everytime the violin kicks in, the BPM emerges up to 104, but when it went out, the BPM reverts to 100 (this happens several times)
