As of now, the click animation on the left side of the screen in the replays follow the top route, with the area decreasing gradually and then increasing again. As for the actual click from the recorded play, it's at either time A or B in the drawing. The graph next to it shows the area in respect to time of the button.
What I think would be helpful for determining the exact time in which the player presses the button if the animation followed the bottom route, that is, it drops to the minimum area and then sharply increases to a tapered end. We would then know for certain that the click was at time C.
