Does it have to be live? Because you can use osu!record for just the replay.

it has to be live for youtube or streaming thats what im looking for
OBS is the best program, honestly. And you can use it for live streaming too.
OBS is the best overall, for higher quality I use Mirillis Action then Sony Vegas.
OBS works best with slower computers, if your computer is sick go xplit imo

Go to Settings -> Broadcast Settings, change Mode to File Output Only

my laptop isn't really good. when i started recording while playing osu! it becomes laggy.
