So far I enjoy it a lot more as compared to my Small Wacom, the area is more comfortable and it's been working flawlessly.
But out of curiosity i've stumbled on this replacement pen

Has anyone used this for their h420? Thoughts?

Well, lets see:

Plugs into any USB outlet
LED indicator shows that it's charging
Automatic sleep-mode after 30 minutes of inactivity (within tablet proximity). To turn on from sleep mode, just click with the tip. (This is the only known way to turn it on or off.)
Charging time for pen is 1-hour and can last for days.
Comes with 4 additional nibs and nib remover.
Half the weight of a battery pen (because of no battery).

Although:

Unfortunately it seemed unresponsive to any pressure under 50% (my battery pen could detect the faintest of marks.) When it did work it was blobby, for lack of a better term.

Pressure wouldn't effect my osu! scores though correct? That would be more of a drawing thing?

Yup, osu! doesn't count pressure, you can even use tablet to point and keyboard to click, like me :D

Uh-huh, Osu doesn't count pressure. Yea, some programs like Paint Tool Sai uses pressure to give the most depth when drawing/coloring.
