A pretty simple thing to implement I would imagine. Just a new tab in a players profile page that would show the highest star rating maps/mod combinations that a player has managed to complete without failing. Since you don't really get any pp without having a decent combo/accuracy, but it would still be nice to get some kind of aknowledgement for that DT insane or whatnot that you've cleared. (no I can not clear DT insanes, just an example.)
